Turnip roots are thinly sliced, drizzled with oil and oven-baked.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized fresh turnip roots
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Paprika
  • Salt

Method

Peel and rinse turnip roots. Slice like you would for a thin french fry. Lay each one seprate on a cookie sheet. Drizzle lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle with Paprika and Salt. Place in a preheated oven at 375F for about 15 minutes or until tender. Serve hot. Also makes a great between meal snack!
