|2||Medium-sized Fresh Turnip Roots|
|1 Tbsp||Olive Oil|
Peel and rinse turnip roots. Slice like you would for a thin french fry.
Lay each one seprate on a cookie sheet. Drizzle lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle with Paprika and Salt. Place in a preheated oven at 375F for about 15 minutes or until tender. Serve hot. Also makes a great between meal snack!
