Tasty Shrimp Salad

Cooked shrimp, romaine, spinach, bell pepper, tomato and almonds, are tossed with a little dried tomato dressing and parmesan cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 lb medium peeled and deveined, shrimp, cooked and left whole
- 4 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 of a red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder or 1 clove of sauteed garlic
- 1 small chopped ripe tomato
- 1 Tbsp of basil
- 1 Tbsp of sliced almonds
- 1 to 2 Tbsp of raisins
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Kraft Sun Dried Tomato Dressing
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese

Method
Place all in a big salad bowl and toss with desired amount of Dressing. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
