Scrambled Eggs

Beaten eggs are scrambled with milk and butter, flavored with garlic and Italian seasoning and topped with cheese.
 

Ingredients

  • 9 eggs, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 cup cheese (any kind--I prefer cheddar)
  • Optional: chopped onion; salsa; chopped green pepper; luncheon meat, cut in strips. Include whole kernel corn and diced, cooked potatoes, if low-carb is not a consideration.

Method

Whisk eggs and milk in mixing bowl; add garlic and seasonings. Heat pan and add butter; pour in eggs and cook. When almost set, add cheese & any of the optional ingredients you wish!
