Scrambled Egg

Eggs are combined with a little milk, some ham and cheese, and cooked in a skillet with gentle stirring.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • About 2 Tbsp. Milk
  • Cooking Oil
  • Cut up pieces of ham and cheese

Method

Beat the egg and milk together. Put a little oil in a skillet; heat for a few seconds on medium. Pour the egg mixture into pan; sprinkle with ham and cheese. Cook, stirring gently, until the egg is done. Serve immediately.
