Pork sausage, cheese, eggs and veggies are combined in a baking dish, for a casserole that uses crunchy coleslaw mix instead of the usual potatoes.

  • Servings: 6


1 lb Bulk Pork Sausage, browned and drained
6 Eggs, beaten
2 cups Shredded Cheese
1 cup Shredded Coleslaw Mix, cabbage and carrot
¼ cup Seasoning Blend, onion, celery, pepper and parsley
dash of bottled Hot Sauce


Mix all ingredients and put into a 9"x13" baking dish. Bake at 350 until lightly brown. Cut into squares to serve. (Can be prepared the night before and refrigerated until ready to bake.)

Helpful Tips:

Coleslaw mix makes a great low-carb substitute for hash browns in this breakfast casserole.
