|1 lb||Bulk Pork Sausage, browned and drained|
|2 cups||Shredded Cheese|
|1 cup||Shredded Coleslaw Mix, cabbage and carrot|
|¼ cup||Seasoning Blend, onion, celery, pepper and parsley|
|dash of bottled||Hot Sauce|
Mix all ingredients and put into a 9"x13" baking dish. Bake at 350 until lightly brown. Cut into squares to serve. (Can be prepared the night before and refrigerated until ready to bake.)
Coleslaw mix makes a great low-carb substitute for hash browns in this breakfast casserole.
