Parmesan Chicken Breast

Only 4 ingredients are required for this healthy, baked chicken--sure to become a family favorite.
 

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup dry seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp oregano, optional

Method

In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs and oregano. Spray chicken with butter spray. Roll in crumb mixture until coated. Place in a baking dish and bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
