Mixed Grill with Portobello Mushrooms

This broiled mixed grill contains lamb chops, pork chops, sausage links, Portobello mushrooms & tomatoes, brushed with a mustard-herb mixture.
Ingredients
- 6 lamb loin chops, 1-inch thick
- 6 (Irish) garlic sausage links
- 6 boneless pork chops, 1-inch thick
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp softened butter
- 1 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 6 thick tomato slices
- 6 large portobello mushroom caps
- 6 large romaine leaves, washed and dried

Method
Place meat on broiler rack at least 7-9 inches below heat. Broil at 550 degrees (turning for even browning until golden brown); allow about 16-20 minutes total for garlic links, 15 minutes for lamb and pork chops. While meat is broiling mix mustard, butter and seasonings. During last 7 minutes place tomato slices and mushroom caps on broiling pan. Spread mustard mixture on lamb and pork chops, and on the bottom side of mushrooms. Continue to broil 7 minutes, turning at least once. To serve arrange a lamb chop, a pork chop, a garlic link, and a tomato slice and mushroom cap on a lettuce-lined plate.
