Low Carb Cream Broccoli Soup

Combine dairy, ham, and broccoli and cook for 30 minutes for a great soup that is a great standby.
Ingredients
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 5 oz Velveeta
- 2 packs cream cheese
- 2 lb ham steak
- 2 lb broccoli
- 2 cups water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 stick butter

Method
In a large stock pot put broccoli, water and butter. Put lid on pan and stem until tender. Than add cream cheese, Velveeta and ham steak. Let all the cheese melt before adding heavy cream. Once you've done that add salt and pepper to taste. Let the soup cook for 30 minutes and enjoy!
