Directions:
Whisk together garlic paste, lemon juice, apple juice, lemon zest, parsley and pepper in a small bowl. Melt butter with the garlic mixture in a large skillet over medium heat, watching for splatters. Once butter-garlic mixture is warm, add shrimp to skillet and heat about 1 minute in mixture. Remove skillet from heat; set aside.
Toss together Romaine lettuce, spinach leaves and green onions in a medium mixing bowl. Add shrimp and skillet drippings, then lightly toss all together. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a light sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
