Love fried chicken but afraid of all the calories? Try this simple, lower fat, baked alternative.
 

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3 pound chicken, cut up
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Method

Brush chicken with a mixture of butter, garlic salt, flour and salt. Place in a foil lined pan and bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake one hour or until chicken is tender.
