|2 cups||(8 Oz. Bag) Sargento Reduced-fat 4-blend Italian Cheeses|
|10 oz. pkg||Frozen Spinach, thawed and well-drained|
|½ cup||Egg Product, such as egg beaters|
|10 oz||Classico Spicy Tomato & Pesto Sauce|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. With a fork, blend together 1/4 cup of the cheese, the well-drained spinach, the egg product, and 1/4 cup of the sauce. Prepare a solid bottomed (one piece) pizza pan with canola cooking spray. Empty mixed ingredients onto pan and spread out evenly. Be sure not to have any holes or gaps. Top with remaining cheese and then drizzle with remaining sauce. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbly. When done, allow to cool about 10 minutes before cutting into wedges to serve.
For a variation of this recipe, switch to Hunt's Zesty and Spicy Spaghetti Sauce; add 1 cup of 2% cottage cheese to the spinach in the first step. Also delicious served cold or at room temperature.
