Crab and Cream Cheese Baked Eggs

Cubes of cream cheese, pieces of crabmeat & melted butter add richness to this beaten egg mixture that's sprinkled with dill weed and baked.
Ingredients
- 9 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 6 ounces lump crabmeat, cartilage removed
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill weed

Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs and milk together in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Stir in cream cheese, crab, salt and pepper. Grease a 7x12-inch baking dish with melted butter. Pour egg mixture over butter. Sprinkle dill over top and bake about 30 minutes or until set. Serve hot.
