Butterscotch Rum Cheesecake Mouse

Sugar-and fat-free butterscotch pudding mix is combined with cream cheese, whipping cream, pie spice and rum extract as individual desserts.
 

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 regular-size box fat-free, sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon rum flavoring
  • 2 teaspoons apple pie spice or pumpkin pie spice

Method

Add whipping cream to softened cream cheese and beat until smooth. Add pudding mix, flavoring and spice; beat until smooth. Pour into individual dessert dishes or cups; refrigerate at least 2 hours.

 

Notes: This is really good.
