Ingredients:
| ½ cup | Grated Parmesan Cheese |
| 2 Tbsp | Butter, softened |
| 4 Tbsp | Reduced-fat Mayonnaise |
| 2 Tbsp | Fresh Lemon Juice |
| 1 tsp | Minced Garlic |
| 1 tsp | Minced Fresh Basil |
| 1 tsp | Old Bay Seasoning |
| ¼ tsp | Black Pepper |
| 2 lbs | Tilapia Filets |
Directions:
Set oven to broil. Grease rack of broiler pan; line pan with foil and grease foil lightly. In a small bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic. Stir in remaining seasonings; set aside.
Arrange filets in a single layer on prepared pan. Broil a few inches from heat for 3-4 minutes. Spread on topping. Return to oven and broil 3-4 minutes more or until topping is browned and fish flakes easily.
