Healthy lettuce wraps made with ground turkey and bold Asian flavors.

1½ lbs Ground Turkey
½ cup Shredded Carrots
2 Tbsp Fresh Ginger, minced
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 can (8 Oz.) Whole Water Chestnuts, drained and chopped
½ cup Snow Peas, cut into 1" pieces
4 Green Onions, sliced
⅓ cup Teriyaki Sauce
¼ cup Hoisin Sauce
3 Tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
½ cup Salted Peanuts, coarsely chopped
12 Bibb Lettuce Leaves
Soy Sauce On The Side


1. In a large skillet, cook turkey and carrots over medium heat until turkey is no longer pink and carrots are tender; drain. Add ginger and garlic; cook one minute longer.

2. Stir in water chestnuts, snow peas, green onions, teriyaki sauce, hoisin sauce, peanut butter, vinegar and oil; heat through. Divide mixture between lettuce leaves, sprinkle with chopped peanuts and soy sauce. Fold lettuce over filling.

Helpful Tips:

The filling can be refrigerated; assemble lettuce wraps and serve them as a salad. Serve with soy sauce on the side.
